
CIRCUT TRAINING

Our circuit training class are built for all skill levels. The circuit class consists of 10 stations with a 40 sec workout time and 30 sec rest between each station. It is a full body workout that combines strength training, plyometric, boxing and cardio. This is great HIIT training to build strength and improve your cardio. Each station has the option to modify the weight or modify the exercise if there are limo. Whether you’re an experienced lifter or new to the gym, you’ll walk away from the circuit training feeling accomplished.
